JACKSONVILLE BEACH SURF REPORT: It's officially flat this morning. Not even an occasional ripple coming in. We have a hard SW wind with thunderstorms expected today as our next front approaches. Further out, looks like we have some decent potential for some new NE windswell starting up around mid-week. Check back for those details as they develop. Don't forget about Mother Day today!!
