JACKSONVILLE BEACH SURF REPORT: Still on the small side, but it's definitely Looking a little better this afternoon. Really similar to yesterday afternoon at this time. Clean knee to thigh+ lines with a 10-15mph SW wind. I'd try to surf today if you can... looks like this weekend is going to be small.
