JAX PIER - WED 1PM: The flatness continues this afternoon. Still a little crisp/coolness to the air too... but it has warmed up quit a bit since this AM. Overall no one out and no real potential for ridable surf today. Possible a small incoming longboard wave later on this evening before dark but wouldn't expect much over knee high. The CHEF RED RADICAL BASH starts this afternoon! FREE show and CAR WASH today at Landshark! Chef Red needs our help due to an emergency medical surgery so we're having a car wash starting at 5pm in front of Landshark with the girls of SurfJaxPier & Landshark!! Show starts around 8pm with performances by What About Me,The Creeps,and The Merks. Again this is a 100% FREE show but we'll also be having a sick raffle with tons of goodies to help raise money for one of our Jax Beach Locals who needs a helping hand. JAX PIER WEDNESDAY AM UPDATE: Flat Flat and more Flat this mornig at the Pier. It's really small out there. It's actually pretty cold too. I'm sure that will change in the next few hours but I can't say the same for the surf. Looks to be like this all day but we do have good news for later today! JAX PIER - TUES 1PM: Slightly larger than this morning... but were talking inches. Looks flat to knee high in between sets, then every 10+ mins there is a very weak thigh high set pushing down the beach. More of a hard angle from the N to it this afternoon. Poles may look slightly better, but overall it's looking pretty small out there. PIER AM REPORT: It's flat. Not much of anything coming in this morning at the pier. Just some ankle biters with perfect shape but not ridable at all. I'm not even too sure if were gonna see that high tide surge later today that we've been getting every afternoon. Free show and car wash at Landshark this Wendesday! JAX PIER - MON 1PM: Super clean and super small this afternoon. Ankle to knee high + with pristine conditions. A few longboarders out on the outside giving it a go... but overall looked really weak. Inside has some potential over the next few hours as the tide fills in... but right now it's closing out and breaking right onshore. PIER PM REPORT: Small scale waves coming through at the Pier this morning. It's in the knee to thigh high range but closed out and breaking pretty much right on shore. There were two people out giving it a try but it just isn't doing it. Look for improving conditions more towards high tide. Check back for the PM report! SPONSOR NEWS: Time for a new board? JAX PIER - SUN AM: The good news is that the wind have gone offshore and conditions are clean! The bad news is that the surf is only about knee high +. Still looks like there could be some occasional thigh high sets every 10mins or so. Breaking moslty on the inside right now regardless of the lower tide. We could see some slight improvement here at the pier after the tide turns around... but this little swell is on it's way out so I wouldn't expect much.
