JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Sunrise Surf Shop is presenting its annual Pier Pressure Surf Contest on Saturday, POSTPONED TO NOVEMBER 1st at the Jacksonville Beach Pier. Top local amateur and professional surfers are expected to pull out all the stops as they compete for cash and prizes including a $1000 check for the top finishers in both the longboard and shortboard open pro divisions.

Spectators are sure to be dazzled by the amazing group of Northeast Florida competitors who are currently some of the hottest surfers in the country! These local athletes have recently won titles at top national contests including the US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, CA and the East Coast Surfing Championship in Virginia Beach.

Divisions include boys (14 & under), juniors (17 & under), women’s open, men’s open, and masters for both shortboard and longboard.
