The surf is looking fun, it is chest high with good form. looks like we have a small swell coming in the Wednesday, should be a good one for this time of the year..

went fishing yesterday caught a 25lb rooster fish, one jack and 29 snapper.

Waves are small and the winds are hard offshore but the fishing is good.

Tony, Jeff, Carlos and I took our new panga out yesterday for our first ever fishing trip. It started out pretty slow until I saw lots of birds diving south of us, so we headed that way and it got a little crazy. Bait balls were everywhere and birds diving all around us, it was a huge mackerel rally. It was hard to figure out which bait ball to cast on or troll by. We ended up with 7 mackerel, 1 jack and Tony caught the fish of the day. We had a great time drinking lots of Tonas (beer) and catching lots of fish in our new unnamed panga. please leave a comment not a message... for all to see

A week free of guided surfing here at the surf sanctuary. We are buying a panga for the upcoming season and need a little help naming it. You have until February 15^th to get your guess in.

Your guess needs to be able to be translated into Spanish and 3 words or less.
