Poles Report

Thigh high wind slop at report time. Should see cont. winds out of the NE for the rest of the day..Building surf for tomorrow could take us into the waist high plus range and then Monday.. There will be rideable, but choppy conditions all weekend.

Just coming off of high tide.. We still have an inconsistent thigh high wave out here. Holding back and breaking on the inside with the full tide. Small but still in the rideable range.. Good form with a light  NNW wind on it..

Clean thigh high lines this morning coming off of low tide. I would say thumbs up if it were a little more consistent. The sets are really spread out.. Peaky little nugs when they come in and not many folks out.

Almost looking kind of fun this morning.. Thigh high, with inconsistent larger sets and coming off of low tide right now.. Worth a check if you can make it out this way.. Wind is supposed to slack off throughout the morning.. Not great or anything but some fun little thigh high lines with the right equipment. Mid/late morning at the pier should be worth a check to with the incoming tide..

Thigh high at report time.. Wind has let up a little and shifted more north.. Alot cleaner than this morning but still pretty sloppy. At least it is rideable, just weak wind slop at the moment.

We have another pulse of NE swell filling in this morning.. Wind is already on it.. Thigh high wind slop at report time. Sorry no pics this morning, camera batteries died.. Check back for the afternoon update.

Tide is a little too high right now..  But still some thigh high leftovers.. maybe a rare slightly larger set.. It's small and more of a longboard wave right now and only breaking in a about a 50 yard spot just south of the Poles, maybe they'll start breaking all the way through a little more as the tide starts backing out.
